Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to end recruitment process
  • Ensure the effectiveness of the recruitment process from sourcing, screening, interviewing, employment offering, to on-boarding
  • Communicate with hiring manager to determine hiring needs and job requirements.
  • To source talents from various recruitment channels or social media, or coordinate with university/college for career fairs.
  • Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process

Employee & Industrial Relation

  • Assist on handling employees’ misconduct & disciplinary issues
  • Conduct and compile employees’ survey and feedback
  • Organize and coordinate events and activities for employees

Training

  • Conduct training need analysis by department, for the development of employees and continuous improvement
  • Compile yearly training budget
  • conduct employee orientation program

Any other tasks and projects assigned from time to time

Requirements:

  • Degree / Diploma in any field or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 years of working experience in related field
  • Attention to detail, time management skills and able to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Intermediate level for Microsoft skills
  • Ability to work independently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
