About the Role
1. Defining and documenting project scope and resource requirements
Translate what Ops need into Requirement document
Ensure User Requirement (UR) have value creation from Cost Benefit analysist or other tools
Ensure UR align with Operation future plan and meet SLA/TAT
2. Setting timelines for deliverables.
3. Defining and managing priorities against the available capacity of team members.
4. Negotiating with internal and external stakeholders.
5. Encouraging regular iteration on deliverables.
6. Optimizing processes and team productivity
7. Supervising project documentation
8. Taking responsibility for project milestone delivery
9. Manage Delivery Management team
