We’re looking for a passionate UX/UI Designer to drive the evolution of our cutting-edge products. We place the end-user at the canter of our activities, strive to understand their pains and needs and seek to effectively address these needs using the best design practices.
In this role, you will conduct user research and provide direction and expertise for designing complex clinical workflows, simplifying the use of the system, facilitating data consumption and enforcing a consistent and appealing look and feel.
You will need a strong drive to innovate and meet the expectations of both healthcare professionals and internal users, while working closely with the Product and Development teams in a fast-paced agile work environment. You will also take part in the company's marketing efforts, by preparing sleek assets that catch everyone's attention, from brochures to strategic presentations, and much more.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the focal point for any product-related UX/UI activity
- Conduct user research and usability testing to identify needs and validate assumptions
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, data scientists and physicians to translate user needs into intuitive and engaging designs
- Generate various types of output, from wireframes to detailed UI prototypes
- Present findings and design rationale, establish guidelines and educate peers about UX/UI best practices
- Participate in design and code reviews to ensure high-quality UX/UI standards are met and maintained
- Create marketing assets to boost brand awareness and support commercial activities
- A degree in Human Factors, HCI, visual design, user research, interaction design or equivalent experience, supplemented by a good and current understanding of best practices in the UX domain – a must
- 5+ years of experience working on the UX/UI design aspects of software and/or web-based application (must present a portfolio of examples)
- Ability to deliver high-quality designs/assets in both UX and UI domains
- Experience in designing user interfaces and workflows for complex software systems, using interactive wireframing
- Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to communicate design rationale
- Maintain familiarity with industry trends and take initiative to experiment with new tools and methods
- Experience working in an Agile software development environment
- Personal characteristics: Self-driven, team player, detail-oriented, highly organized
- Nice to have (an advantage):
- Experienced using XD/Figma as a design/prototyping tool
- Experience in the medical device or digital health domains
- Experience with constructing component-based design systems in collaboration with development teams
