Job Description
We are looking to hire agents that will be the eyes and ears for our team, filling brand demands and wholesale inquiries, finding innovative ways to create demand, working in a collaborative and engaging environment!.
Responsabilities
- Connect with different stores via phone/email/chat to resolve their questions and concerns, creating high demand for different brands.
- Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate.
- Track any call/email/chat related information for and reporting purposes.
- Provide feedback.
Requirements
- Advanced Bilingual skills (advanced english is a must, speaking and writing).
- High Speed Internet required.
- Dedicated workspace.
- Able to navigate and use a computer.
- Proactive and good time management.
- Full time only.
