  • Solve Service incident (System & Application) for Touchpoint and CRM Service Management
  • Manage Ticket CP/TK/TT/JOB and Support for User Request
  • Improve service management
  • Manage Operations activity e.g. Deploy Software, Configuration and activity which is related to Digital Touchpoint and CRM Service Management
  • Consolidate work flow report and incident case
Qualification:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer or IT.
  • 8+ years of experience in the Computer or IT field.
  • Good personality, service-minded positive attitude, hardworking, enthusiastic, initiative, and teamwork spirit
  • Good analytical and decision making
  • Good communication skills and well coordination in English
