Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled waitress to take orders and deliver food and beverages to our customers. The successful candidate will be able to provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for our guests. The responsibilities of the position include:
- Greeting customers and taking their orders
- Answering any questions customers may have about the menu or restaurant
- Serving food and drinks to customers in a timely and professional manner
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by checking in on their experience and addressing any concerns
- Processing customer payments and making change
- Cleaning tables and work areas to maintain a clean and sanitary environment
- Collaborating with kitchen and other restaurant staff to ensure a smooth dining experience for customers
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a waitress or similar role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Knowledge of food and beverage service techniques and best practices
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
