Records Executive [Malaysia]


 

Job Responsibilities:

1. To process new offers to qualified applications for every semester.

2. To ensure all applications comply with MQA requirements

3. Liaise with the Commercial Team for any incomplete admissions' documents

4. To support MQA accreditation exercises from any government agency.

5. Assist in the management of students' file and students' records and ensure all the required documents and information are compiled, stored, and updated accordingly for easy access and retrieval.

6. Assist the University Events (e.g. Orientation which involves the process of preparing and setting up the venue and registration).

7. Assist in the Convocation (e.g. Dissemination of the Convocation Announcement)

8. To update graduates’ statistics of attendance from time to time.

9. Assist in University Examinations

10. Perform any other tasks and duties as assigned by superior from time to time.

Job Requirements

 Bachelor in Information System, Business Administration, or relevant fields.

 1-2 years in Registry Department/ Student Admission & Administration field/functions.

 Competency in Microsoft applications is a must.

 Good with numbers and details.

 Proactive and possess close attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills and able to handle multiple tasks.

 Team player with good time management.

Salary: RM1,900.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
