The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated, efficient and enthusiastic person to join the team in the Surgical Booking Office at Palmerston North Hospital. This role will be responsible for the booking of surgical procedures for patients, ongoing management of the waiting lists and communication with the Clinical Teams across the organisation.
The successful applicants will be professional, have a strong Administration background with excellent communication skills, ability to multi task and possess exceptional organisation skills.
