Responsibilities

  • Greet visitor at arrivals and departures and provide assistance as required
  • Provide assistance on patient registration, appointment scheduling, screening and accompanying patients to appropriate units or consultants
  • Explain to patients on the admission and discharge process
  • To liaise with insurance company & TPA
  • Attend to incoming calls according to the standard operating procedures
  • Maintenance of telephone records
  • All other responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

  • At minimum possess a Certificate and/or Diploma in any discipline
  • Preferably with 1-2 years of work experience
  • Able to work on shift schedules
  • Work experience in Customer Service Industry, Clinic Administrations, Hospital Industry will be an added advantage
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and oral)

Salary commensurate with experience

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
