Responsibilities
- Greet visitor at arrivals and departures and provide assistance as required
- Provide assistance on patient registration, appointment scheduling, screening and accompanying patients to appropriate units or consultants
- Explain to patients on the admission and discharge process
- To liaise with insurance company & TPA
- Attend to incoming calls according to the standard operating procedures
- Maintenance of telephone records
- All other responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
- At minimum possess a Certificate and/or Diploma in any discipline
- Preferably with 1-2 years of work experience
- Able to work on shift schedules
- Work experience in Customer Service Industry, Clinic Administrations, Hospital Industry will be an added advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and oral)
Salary commensurate with experience
