We are now looking for a Senior Cloud Technical Lead to develop state-of-the-art Cloud Native Cognitive applications working with Ericsson R&D Global Teams. Your role will include all software development activities related to creating cloud native product that is scalable, maintainable handling large data ingestion, data pipelines and visualizing to the end user, coordinating between backend, frontend, and domain experts. Our focus is simple, optimal, scalable software architecture using microservices on lean and agile ways of working. We are organized in cross-functional multi-domain development teams in which we foster continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing.
What you will do
Analyze business requirements to determine the appropriate technical solutions that align with the organization’s goals and objectives.- Drive application design and development that is scalable and maintainable
- Design, coordinate, deploy Microservices, Micro-frontend-based applications into Cloud infrastructures.
- Apply Test-Driven-Development approach.
- Ensure that all architectural and design documents, diagrams, non-functional requirements, standards, and best practices are followed and done on time and with high-quality.
- Lead a team of Software Engineers in implementing high quality Software Products including Design, Development, and Deployment of new business functionality.
- Plan and allocate available talents to meet Engineering and Business objectives.
- Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.
- Document the designed solution and provide a technical solution design Documents.
- Maintain software and support life-cycle-management of the end-to-end cloud native products & Machine Learning components through CI/CD.
- Support product & security documentation.
You will bring
Minimum 10+ years of experience overall in Software Development.- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Cloud development environment.
- Extensive hands-on experience in building Microservices based applications.
- Extensive hands-on experience in building Cloud Native applications and communication between System Components e.g., Microservices, SQL, NoSQL Databases, Pub/Sub systems, S3, Micro-frontend, Data workflows.
- Extensive hands-on experience in Containers, Kubernetes, Service Mesh, Horizontal Scaling, API Driven, CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong Experience in Python programming and Spring Boot.
- Strong Experience working in a DevOps-focused environment with solid understanding of DevOps principles
- Strong Experience in Test-Driven-Development and CI/CD.
- Experience with workflow management – such as PREFECT/ARGO
- Experience in Telecommunication Industry is a plus.
- Understanding of the Telecommunication Market is a plus.
- Experience in Agile software development methodologies
- Experience in Cloud Platforms such as AWS/GCP/Azure, etc., is an addon
- Experience in Machine Learning DevOps is a plus
