Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate and perform end-to-end recruitment process cycle
  • Manage and prepare staff payroll processing
  • Prepare HR related documents including letters and memos
  • Manage employee database and ensure records are updated
  • Manage in-house training
  • Provides administrative support for office operations.
  • Administering process involving foreign worker related matters such as application, documentation, clearance, permit renewal, hostel, FOMEMA and all related foreign workers issues.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma and above in human resources or related (essential).
  • 2 years of experience as an HR assistant (essential).
  • Exposure to labor law and employment equity regulations.
  • Effective HR administration and people management skills.
  • Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM3,917.07 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kulai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
