Job Responsibility
- Coordinate and perform end-to-end recruitment process cycle
- Manage and prepare staff payroll processing
- Prepare HR related documents including letters and memos
- Manage employee database and ensure records are updated
- Manage in-house training
- Provides administrative support for office operations.
- Administering process involving foreign worker related matters such as application, documentation, clearance, permit renewal, hostel, FOMEMA and all related foreign workers issues.
Job Requirements
- Diploma and above in human resources or related (essential).
- 2 years of experience as an HR assistant (essential).
- Exposure to labor law and employment equity regulations.
- Effective HR administration and people management skills.
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM3,917.07 per month
