Maintain, service and troubleshoot electrical system.
1. Trouble shoot and rectify all technical area i.e. electrical, plumbing and air condition etc.
2. Carry out any others duties as and when given by immediate superiors.
3. Carry out meter reading .
4.Conduct daily M&E checklist according superior instruction.
5. Report any other irregulaties to superior for mejor defects.
6. Maintain all maintenance stock is in order e.g bulb, fused, plumbing parts etc.
7. Investigate tenant complaint and give relevant advices.(e-request)
